The Hon. Andy Wigmore is a British-Belizean businessman, former diplomat, and political strategist.

A successful entrepreneur, he founded and exited companies in the healthcare and insurance sectors. He served as Belize’s Minister-Counsellor and Trade & Investment Attaché at the Belize High Commission in London, representing the country at international trade and diplomatic events, including Commonwealth Heads of Government meetings.

Wigmore is best known as Communications Director for the Leave.EU campaign during the 2016 UK EU referendum, where he played a key role alongside Arron Banks. He currently serves as Chief Strategic Diplomatic Advisor (also referred to as Chief Diplomatic Strategist) at Gunster Strategies Worldwide.

He holds the title of Honourable Senior Justice of the Peace in Belize, awarded in recognition of his services to the country, and has represented Belize in international clay pigeon shooting competitions, including the Commonwealth Games.

Wigmore holds dual British-Belizean nationality and is based in the United Kingdom.
