This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when visiting, joining, subscribing, or donating to us through www.actionwh.org  (our “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This policy applies to information we collect on our Website for both Action on World Health Campaign Limited and Action on World Health Foundation. It does not apply to information that we collect offline or through any other means, including from any third party (including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from our Website), except as described below. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to this privacy policy.

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website. We collect IP addresses and how visitors use, access and/or navigate throughout our Website, including how you accessed our Website. Mailing List and Opt-out Information

From time to time, we make our contributor list of both offline and online donors available to other organizations to mail. This process is carefully controlled, and it is our hope that you may find information from these groups interesting and helpful. This also saves us a considerable amount of money, which can be used to preserve and protect our shared values. If you would like to be excluded from this, please email us at contact@actionwh.org, and we’ll make sure your name is not included in our mailing list sharing activities. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This limitation does not prevent use of personal information as described above that is obtained other than exclusively from our offline or online donor list(s).

If you do not want to receive any email from us in the future, click the “unsubscribe” reference in any email we send you. You may also email contact@actionwh.org to complete the opt-out process or send a letter to our mailing address requesting that we unsubscribe you from our contact lists. Note that absent a specific request, your records will remain in our database, but your log-in and email address will be deactivated.

Our Website may contain links to other websites. Any information you provide on the linked pages or to third parties may be provided directly to that third party and can be subject to that third party’s privacy policy whether or not related to or covered by this privacy policy.
