Welcome to the research affiliate of Action on World Health, providing analysis and educational material that underpins our critiques of the WHO and global health, as well as a new emerging vision for international health.
Through the power of philanthropy, the Action on World Health Foundation is working to improve the health of the world and its people by seeking a new model and framework for international institutions and policies that will protect national and individual sovereignty and improve governance.
Using research, public education, citizen engagement, and policy development, we advance international efforts to replace the World Health Organization (WHO) with a new body altogether and reinstate the freedoms of citizens by placing informed consent at the heart of decision-making in health.
The Action on World Health Foundation was founded as an affiliated 501(c)3 charitable organization, and shares staff with Action on World Health Limited which is registered as a 501(c)4 non-profit with the Inland Revenue Service in the US. The Foundation can only conduct limited lobbying activity but uses many other tools to advance international health reform, including research, analysis and educational material. Contributions to the Action on World Health Foundation are fully tax-deductible. Our tax identification number is 42-1931018.
