David co-founded Action on World Health with Hon Nigel Farage MP.

He has worked in corporate communications, media relations and public affairs since 2005 across the UK, US, Switzerland, the EU, Africa and Asia. ​

He also stood as a Prospective Parliamentary candidate in the 2015 UK General Election, led the Vote Leave campaign team in Central London during the referendum on the UK’s membership of the European Union, as well as cofounded a registered campaign group.​

He was educated at the University of Kent and Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, and is a Freeman of the Company of Drapers and ​a Freeman of the City of London.
